Hot Spinach Dip

Found this on Skinnytaste.com but I made some modifications

 

10 oz of chopped Spinach

1/2 light sour cream (maybe able to eliminate this with more avocado)

1/4 cup Chopped Scallions

1 glove of Garlic

1 Cup of Skim Mozzerella

1/3 cup of Parmesan

1 avacodo

 

Directions

Combine then bake at 375 for 20 minutes

(But try it raw firsts)
