First group appointment, meet with the Nutritionist and got a orientation to their program, next appointment with Doctor.
It begins today, Low Carb and High Protein, I don’t have to do it in one jump but I need to take steps to lowering carbs and increasing protein. I also know that I will do better if I keep a daily log for myself, so I started this site.
Today on the scale was the most I have ever weighed 420 pounds, meaning I have 220 to loose.
