Sandwhich with low carb whole wheat wrap Turkey. Cheese. Spinch 28 GP

Dinner 5pm

Samon, rice and beans, salad. I made a whole post on this meal.

Probaly 50 to 55 gp .

2cups self pooped popcorn, sea salt
