Food Log Wednesday week before WA

I have missed a few days of food log, but overall those days were good.

Yesterday was the first stress eating in a long time, and I did’nt have snacks ready to go for that

I have been hitting my goals at each meal, but I am trying to refocus on the logging my food to stay on track, I need it

 

Breakfast

-Protein Shake Drink 30GP

-Coffee
