  1. Popcorn with nuts
  2. Edamane
  3. 2 TBS of Peanut butter
  4. Hummus
  5. Chick Peas
  6. Cottage Cheese
  7. Frozen Yogurt (Yasso)
  8. Pepporin
  9. Protein Powder in Jello or Pudding
  10. Ricotta Cheese Pie

Goals

  1. Maintain Eating
  2. Drink more water consistantly
  3. Exercise 3 to 4 times weekly

These are things to try… Also found out she is leaving, which is sad news.

Stopped by the Walgreen as Jennifer got the call my new medication is approved, unfortunately they don’t have a record of that. I will call them again tomorrow.
