Moving Forward

Well its been forever since I left a post here, my goal of weekly did not pan out….

At the bottom is the slip from my November visit which brings my total weight loss to 41# I am fast approaching that 50# mark.

My Nutritionist is very helpful, I was thinking about stopping to seeing here because of  $$ but I am hesitant to do that. For example in November she gave advice about how to handle Thanksgiving, do it as I normally would just make it one day, I know she has shared this concept with me in the past, but it didn’t sink in until that moment. I need to hear things a few times before I get.  AND I know thats not the only example of things she has told me more than once.

My clothes are starting to look baggy on me, I don’t want to spend money on new wardrobe for this in between stage, I will check thirft shops, but typically they don’t carry my size (even though this is a smaller size).

Consistently takeing about 2.0 of Saxenda, that seems to be my sweet spot.

Still need winter time exercise plan.

I have been craving French Fries, I told Jennifer I needed to take her out so she could order some and I could have a few… I am really excited to hit the 50# mark then to blow it out of the water, going under 300 will be my next major mile stone after the 50# mark…..

Need to spend some time planning and working on quick Dinners, they have become boring bla meals recently.  again some my nutritionist need to tell me again that I know we have already talked about.

Anyway,,, Onward
