Ok time to change strategies, I am gaining weight again and as my stress increases I find myself making very less wise choices. A few weeks back I had the lingering nightmares about the death of one of my children. It’s going to be a stressful year with a lot of change.
Step 1.. I started seeing a counselor (Ara Heghinian @ New England Pastoral Institute) I like him and I think he was someone I can trust and work with.
Step 2.. Start blogging again… Specifically around my evening and night time eating. It is when I make the decisions that are least supportive to me and my health.
Step 3… Tell a few trusted people about this blog, especially those people who I name as support for this journey.
