Surgical Weight Loss

Well my 3 hour appointment took over 4.5 hours but it was good. I have ton of appointments scheduled, Liver -ultrasound, Sleep Apnea test, blood work, and new action plan… I could be having surgery this summer. Which is exciting and terrifying. Here are my new goals……..

  1. Exercise
    1. Build Muscle (build to 30 minutes a day 5 days a week)
  2. Diet
    1. 3 to 6oz of Protein (Eaten 1st and get the scale out to make sure)
    2. 1/2 plate Non starch veggies OR 1/2 cup fruit
    3. 1/2 cups of grains or Starchy veggie
    4. *LOW Fat Foods / Only 3 to 5 grams of fat per serving
    5. *Lean proteins = 93% lean… (Avoid bacon-sausage-hot dogs-pepperoni, Bologna & salami
    6. Avoid drinking with your meal, 30 minutes before or after a meal
    7. Drink =64oz per day
  3. Lose 40#
  4. Attend 4 classes (already Scheduled)
