Just had a phone check in with my NP and will talk with the Dietitian in about 40 minutes. This last week I was feeling very discouraged about my goals and progress and like I should just give up on this whole idea. But after being reminded of the things I can do suddenly it doesn’t feel like I am so far off track. I want to try the following, which have already been suggested to me and are listed in my goals. ( told NP my weight was 370, just got on the scale and its actually 378)
- Weigh and eat 4 to 6oz or lean protein
- Exercise Videos
While there are lots of other things I can work on I am just going to try these two in addition to the other things I am already doing…
