Just finished another appointment with my Dietitian (Jill Atwood, RD) . Still need to focus on eating enough protein which should help with hunger at night. She suggests breaking my dinner into two meals.
Also she suggest (though my 2 doctors don’t) continuing to have a carbohydrate- starch (Rice / potato) at dinner.. This is my one criticism on this program that the dietitian and Doctors are not on the same page. Makes it hard for someone like me to learn what’s best. One the other hand its good practice for the real work that is FULL of contradiction around nutrition.
Again it looks like I am on tack with my diet, but I need to increase my activity and exercise.
