I missed a week of food log after camp, rather than try to recreate it I am going to write about how I feel about that week.
Overall it was good, I remember the fourth was a bit challenging and had more carbs, gain as so many were available.
I have noticed that snack urge is much less, especially when I hit my protein goals
I think seeing my weight at the doctor will be interesting, and change how I feel about how things are going.
