The Daily food log is not working for me, I don’t think I need it. I have made lots of good questions, But I still need some accountability. So I am going to try a weekly entry about food and eating that includes my goals between appointments.
- Not eating after dinner
- Maintain water intake
- Do precooking for breakfasts
- Consistent meals
Friday Eating was ok…Breakfast eggs, cheese, veggies…Lunch I skipped had a Sonic bacon burger, with no fries, and a coke zero / felt like a cheat but not a sin, but got hungry at night so had some ham and cheese late, good snack but not good timing
Saturday Breakfast was Kingly
I think a weekly post sounds much more manageable and beneficial for you at this point! It seems like you are finding a good balance/relationship to food – you see that having that burger is not going to ruin all of the positive changes you’ve made that you stick to on a regular basis. You’re doing awesome 🙂
