Food Log

The Daily food log is not working for me, I don’t think I need it.  I have made lots of good questions, But I still need some accountability. So I am going to try a weekly entry about food and eating that includes my goals between appointments.

  1. Not eating after dinner
  2. Maintain water intake
  3. Do precooking for breakfasts
  4. Consistent meals

 

Friday Eating was ok…Breakfast eggs, cheese, veggies…Lunch I skipped had a Sonic bacon burger, with no fries, and a coke zero / felt like a cheat but not a sin, but got hungry at night so had some ham and cheese late, good snack but not good timing

 

Saturday Breakfast was Kingly

  1. I think a weekly post sounds much more manageable and beneficial for you at this point! It seems like you are finding a good balance/relationship to food – you see that having that burger is not going to ruin all of the positive changes you’ve made that you stick to on a regular basis. You’re doing awesome 🙂
